Shipping policy

New Zealand orders are sent with overnight shipping on week days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout (allow 2 working days for rural delivery). 

Express Australian shipping takes 2-3 working days to arrive. 

After a big release (advertised on social media) shipping can take up to 10 business days. No changes are to be made to orders after they have been placed. 

Christmas orders- the last date for ordering to ensure you get it by Christmas day is the 15th of December. We do however recommend ordering earlier than this as there can be delays around Christmas time with couriers being so busy.
