Refund policy

If you purchase multiple items, please only try on 1 pair before opening the other items, as we are unable to offer refunds on opened and worn items to ensure we adhere to health and safety requirements. 

Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange. All sale items are final.

Our policy lasts 7 days from the time of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your item(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not offer refunds for a 'change of mind'.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please email support@dotunderwear.co.nz and courier your returned item to the below address. We only accept couriered returns. Posted returns are not accepted.

Attention - Dot Returns 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 working days.
